Azacca®: is a new brood of dwarf bittering variety. This dual-use hop is a cross between Toyomidori, Summit™ and Northern Brewer. It is considered by many brewers as great hop for IPAs (for dry and late hopping).
Aroma: specific fruity aroma descriptors include mix of tropical fruit, citrus (spicy mango, pineapple, tangerine) and pine.
