Hallertau Blanc: released in 2012 in the German Hallertau region. Preffered for use in American-style Ales beers.

Aroma: aromas of elderflower, grapes, grapefruit and lemongrass.

Style Guide: Amercian Ale, Blonde Ale, Saison.

Substitutes: Nelson Sauvin.
