Topaz: bred in 1985, but it was appreciated after 2007. Topaz is blend of European and Australian flavours. It was originally used as a bittering hop, but later uncovered its bright and breezy character especialy when is used as a late addition.
Aroma: earthy, grassy flavours when is used as a single hop, or pleasant, light tropical fruit (lychee) - when is used as a late addition.
