Tradition: discovered at the Hop Research Institute in Hüll, Germany and registered in 1993, Tradition bred from Hallertau Mittelfrüher, Hallertauer Gold and Saaz. It has higher alpha acids than its parent varieties, low cohumulone and higher myrcene. The best for using late in the boil, or for dry hopping.
Aroma: specific aroma descriptors include medium to intense floral, herbal and grassy notes; some fruity aromas.
