Product description

Zula: bitter variety, popular due to its bittering and aroma characteristics. The variety was created by crossing Lubelski and Savinjski Golding hops. The hops have noticeable notes of citrus fruits and fresh plum. It is a bittering hop variety with a high alpha-acid content. Ideal for hopping for both aroma and bitterness.

Aroma: Stone fruits, citrus fruits, plum.

Style Guide: India Pale Ale, Pale Ale, American Wheat Ale, American IPA, Lager.

Substitutes: Mosaic (USA), Simcoe (USA).
